Executing your order
In order for us to deliver your orders promptly and to provide our after-sales services, we need to have the following information:
- your full name in case of a natural person, Tax Identification Number, Tax Office and professional activity for legal persons, so that our delivering employee knows where to deliver the order
- your billing and/or delivery address, so that you receive your order at your premises
- your landline number so that we can directly contact you in relation to your order
- your mobile telephone number so that we can notify you via a text message or a direct call in relation to your order
- your email address, in order for you to be notified on the status of your order.
All the above information is necessary for preventing and identifying any fraud both against you and our company.
Subscribe to our newsletter to remain updated on our offers
In order to subscribe to our newsletter and be updated on our news and offers, you have to supply your email address.
Following your subscription and consequent consent you may have access to all our news and offers, sent to you via email, text messages or instant messaging by using the related services (e.g. SMS, Viber, Push Notifications, etc).
Create a membership account
In order to create a Membership Account you have to supply your email address and set your own personal access codes. By creating a membership account and upon your consequent consent, you may place your next orders without having to fill-in your personal particulars once again. You will have the chance to enjoy an optimum experience, having access to your account data, your previous orders and the status of your pending orders, as well as to all the settings provided at “My Account” page.

Create a membership account through the social media
- You may create a membership account through your social media, upon giving your consent to the applicable social media account you have chosen.

Credit/Debit Card Data
The data of your credit/debit cards shall be requested upon completion of your orders, when you choose this payment method. Your credit/debit card data shall be solely used for being transferred through a safe environment to the related banking institute exclusively for the purpose of completing your order. No credit card data are kept in the systems of our Company.
For having the card owner verified, your card data may be forwarded to a third service provider, associated with your bank, which shall complete the payment through your card.
When are we legally entitled to process your personal data?
According to the General Regulation requirements, we guarantee that we shall process your personal data only in the event that a related legal reason arises, yet abstaining from any further unnecessary or improper process. How long shall we keep your data?

Use of plug-ins through the social media and services provided by third parties
Our website uses the below mentioned plug-ins through Facebook and Instagram. We use the so-called DoubleClick solution. When you visit our website, at first, your personal data shall not be transferred to these plug-in providers. You may recognize the plug-in provider through the notification within the related framework. Your personal data shall be only transferred when you click on any of the plug-ins: by activating the plug-in, your personal data shall be automatically sent to the related plug-in provider and stored thereat (in case of US providers). Neither do we intervene to the data collected or to the processing thereof nor do we know the purpose or period of their storage. We do not know which additional data are to be collected by the plug-in provider. In case of Facebook and according to the plug-in provider in Germany, only an anonymous IP is collected.
The collection of data through plug-ins ορ third service providers does not require you to have a related account or having been connected in the social network. If you are connected, these data will be directly allocated to your account. If you activate the button through the DoubleClick solution for example and relate the page, the plug-in provider shall also store this information at your account and publicly share the same with your contacts. If you do not want to have your profile related to the plug-in or the third service provider, you have to log out before activating the button.
The plug-in provider shall store these data for use profiling purposes and usually for advertising, market research and/or customized layout of a website. In particular, this kind of assessment (also for non-account holders) enables the presentation of customized advertising and notifies the other social network users on your activities at our website. Newsletter
You may also subscribe to our newsletter in order to be briefed on a number of issues. Your subscription is conducted through the double opt-in procedure. According to such procedure, you will receive an electronic confirmation at the email account you supplied at subscription, calling you to confirm that you want to receive our newsletter. If no confirmation is received within 100 days, your subscription shall be automatically deleted. If you confirm your subscription, we will save your email address and other personal data provided, until you unsubscribe and request their deletion. Your personal data are exclusively stored for sending you our newsletter.
